Weekly Recap

1.  Tornado S has control issues or he’s painfully shy or he hates the ramp to get into the pool.  Either way, he refuses to go near the water.

2.  Tornado S wakes up dry every morning.  The kid might have been the easiest to potty train.

3.  Tornado E has become a fish or, as he says, a fishman.

4.  Baby pacifiers get up, walk away, and hide better than any other type of pacifiers.

5.  Without reading any posts, my mom picked up that my readers wanted me to have a sling and bought me one.

6.  Now how does this stupid sling work and will my kid actually like it for more than 2 minutes?

7.  I’m surrounded by crazy people, and I can’t get away from them.

8.  Is crazy genetic?

9.  I need more hours in a day.

10.  Hi, my name is Fae, and I’m a chocoholic.

    “Fishman” = tee hee!

And heck yeah, re: pacis. We must have bought 30 of them and it never seemed like there were any around. Excellent point.

Good luck with the sling! How nice of your mother!

  2. Fie Upon This Quiet Life Says:

My baby will tolerate the sling for about an hour — no more. But a mom with an hour of hands free can get a hell of a lot done. Good luck figuring out how to use it, and make sure his face is always uncovered in it.

#2? I’m jealous. But happy for you. You totally deserve it.

My first daughter wanted nothing to do with the sling, the second loved it. My back? Not so much.

Ink~ Evan’s hilarious. I want to know where my pacis go. Damnit! Now if Aidan and I could figure it out.
FUTQL~ A lovely hour! Don’t worry; his face is uncovered. But it always looks like his chin is touching his head.
ck~ Yes, but when Sean has accidents, it’s in public like Target or McDonald’s. All I need is more random back issues.

  5. zeemaid Says:

favourite paci hider.. behind the crib or cradle. They always slipped out and went down the side. Whenever I rolled out the crib or cradle.. sure enough there it was. 🙂
